Collie residents are spoiled for choice when it comes to sporting activities.

Roche Park Recreation Centre caters for netball, basketball, volleyball, rollerblading, aerobics, keep fit classes, toddler dance etc. Roche Park also operates an after school children’s care program, and children’s holiday program.

Along with a fully equipped gym, the PCYC offers boxing, air rifles, gymnastics, step aerobics, fit ball classes, kindy gym, a hang out centre and Police Rangers.

An outside, heated, 50m swimming pool is home to the Collie Swimming Club. A baby and toddlers pool is shaded for the comfort of parents and children, while people with disabilities have access to equipment to assist them into and out of the pool.

Golfers can enjoy two beautiful golf courses in town, both with year round grass greens. Eden Park is a par 3 course with clubs available for hire, while Collie Golf Club is an 18 hole course (visitors are welcome on both courses). Both border the Collie River, with golfers enjoying bushland and river views - a favourite too with the resident kangaroos.

Other sports available in Collie include badminton, cricket, lawns bowls, cycling, football, dressage, bmx, hockey, horse and pony clubs, little athletics, motorycle club, race club, trotting club, pistol and gun clubs, soccer, softball, rugby, speedway, tennis (grass and hard courts) and underwater hockey.
